How to invite people
Generate invite links from your dashboard and bring people onto Kepeink.
How to invite people
Kepeink is invite-only, but you do not have to wait for the team to add someone — if you already have an account, you can invite people yourself. Each invite is single-use, and by inviting someone you are vouching for them. Keep that in mind: if someone you bring in gets reported for abuse, it can reflect on you as the inviter, so only invite people you trust.
Create and share an invite
- Open the Invite panel. From the dashboard topbar, click Invite. (The button at the bottom of this page jumps you straight there.)
- Set any limits (optional). Before creating the invite you can: - lock it to one person's email, so only they can redeem it, - set an expiry date, after which the invite stops working, or - add a note to yourself, so you remember who it was for. You can also skip all of these and create an open, single-use invite.
- Click Create invite. You get back an invite link and a code. Either one brings the person in.
- Share it. Send the person the invite link — they open it, enter their email, and they are in, because the link pre-fills the code for them. Alternatively, share the code and have them paste it on the sign-in page after entering their email.
- Track it. The Invite panel shows which invites have been redeemed and by whom. You can revoke any unused invite at any time — the link and code stop working immediately.
Invite limits
You have a limited number of pending invites — an invite quota. Each invite you create that has not been redeemed yet counts against it. Once an invite is redeemed, or you revoke an unused one, a slot frees up and you can create another.
Next steps
- Invite codes: how redeeming works from the other side, and the limits a code can carry.
